Privacy Policy

PostFuse collects order details only for fulfillment, communication, invoicing, support, and delivery. We do not sell customer information, and we do not collect more than the work requires.

What we collect

• Contact details — your name, email, and the delivery email for your files.
• Order details — selected package, brand name, order instructions, graphic text, platform, reference links, and any files or brand assets you provide.
• Handles — a social username or Discord/Reddit handle, if you share one, used to coordinate your order.
• Payment email — your PayPal email, used for invoicing and payment messages.
• Security and order records — when you place an order or pay, we may record basic technical details of the request (IP address, approximate location such as country or city, browser and device information, and language settings). These records help protect the service against fraud, verify order activity, and support customer service, accounting, and compliance needs.

How we use it

• To design, revise, and deliver your order.
• To send invoices, payment messages, previews, and final files.
• To respond to your messages and provide support.
• To keep delivery confirmations and order records.
• To protect the service, verify order activity, and respond to payment-provider requests when needed.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers — PayPal and Dodo Payments. Card and bank details are entered with the provider, not on this site — we never see or store your card information. Each provider's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only where necessary to run the service — with our payment providers for invoicing and payment verification, and with the email and file-delivery tools used to send your invoices, previews, and final files. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Retention

We keep order records and delivery confirmations for as long as needed to support your order, handle revisions, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete personal data we are not required to keep.

Your rights

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your data, subject to record-keeping needs.
• Opt out of any non-essential messages at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site does notset cookies or run analytics or tracking scripts of its own. Beyond the form details you choose to enter and the order-time technical details described above, we collect nothing as you browse. If you pay online, the PayPal or Dodo Payments checkout may use its own cookies, governed by that provider's privacy policy. If we ever introduce privacy-respecting analytics, this policy will be updated first.
