Invoice sent
You get an order ID and a PayPal invoice or checkout link — pay on the site right away, or request the invoice by email if you found us on Discord or Reddit.

Payment confirmed
Once payment clears, your order is confirmed and locked into the queue with its order ID and invoice reference.

Design created
Your graphics are designed from your brief — custom layout, your brand colors, and the text you supplied.

Preview & revision
You receive a preview to react to. Revisions are applied per your package before anything is finalized.

Final delivery
Final files arrive by email or client portal — PNG/JPG (plus source where included), with a delivery timestamp on your order record.
